This group was created to support your interest in a WHOLE FOOD PLANT-BASED (WFPB) way of eating, regardless of where you are on your journey to wellness. This way of eating includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and eliminates oils.

Our Founders
Debbie Waddell
Debbie is a certified acupuncturist of 13+ years specializing in traditional medicine. She has her certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through the Colin T. Campbell Foundation of Cornell University. For fun she loves to travel, meditate, and play with her poodle Sammy.

Charlene Wagner
Charlene is a retired teacher. She has advanced her cooking skills to specialize in wfpb recipes. She's also the moderator for The Whole Food Plant Based club. For fun she loves to play pickleball, racewalk, and play with her corgi Nash.
